Over the years, I have had many "favorite brews"- Grain Belt, PBR, Heineken, Corona, Hamm's, and other local brews I can no longer recall- Presently, I imbibe my medically allowed 2 cans of Miller High Life Light per evening- And I enjoy them immensely- DD

I tried something new this last trip ...
Prepare frozen pineapple in a pitcher, slice up two jalapenos and put in the juice and let sit in fridge for awhile.
Then fill a large glass half full with ice, pour in your can of beer (for me, its Coors Light), and then top off with the juice.

Refreshing with a little spice! Really good on a hot day!

The next time you pass thru Castlerock go to The Crow Bar. It is a great place. Large selection of great beers on tap including the New Belgium brews.

Down here in the Republic I like to drink Shiner Bock or Shiner Black. When I travel internationally (like to Arkansas) I like to order a Guinness Stout.
But tonight I'm having a Dewar's.

I enjoy Shiner as well. However, my favorites are the ones I brew myself

Just where were you when you snapped that picture? Looks like a nice place to sip a beer or two.

I'm still in a Rolling Rock Rut. It's been on sale for the last month or so, and I usually buy my beer with an eye on price. Since I started working full time a few months ago, there are at least a few days a week that I need 5 or 6 cold ones to ease the pain. I just can't afford those premium beers and ales you all are enjoying. At least not on a daily basis.

My son brews some good beers. I think I'll visit him this weekend and see if he will share a few bottles with good ol' Dad!

I only wish I took that picture. Just one I got from an internet search, but I certainly wouldn't mind having a brew there!

Well, since you asked...
#1- of course.
#2- my own brew "dogs ear beer". Probably start with the scottish ale from the spring. Finish the day off with a dark espresso stout.

Y'all want some good beer come to Bend, Oregon. You could drink a different local craft beer every day for a year and not drink the same one twice. All the talk about Coors and PBR is making me nauseous! If I'm going to relax and enjoy a beer I'm gonna enjoy it.
My favorite is Doublecross from Crux Fermentation
