Bacon Explosion

For those that haven't heard of it...
http://www.bbqaddicts.com/blog/recipes/bacon-explosion/

I've done one before and thought it was great. Making another one tomorrow for our trip to Disney. But this time I'm going to trade the BBQ sauce and spices for maple syrup. Think it'll be awesome on a fresh baked biscuit with a cup of coffee for breakfast.

Timely. I smoked up one of those for breakfast yesterday. Started it @ 4am and ate about 7:30. Delicious!

Had this for dinner tonight. Its called a bacon bomb. Very similar, but the filler is ground beef, garlic mashed potatoes and shredded cheese. This is one of my favorite meals.

That is on my 'to do list'. I am thinking some green pepper, hash browns and cheese would make a gooden.

I sent the 'Bacon Explosion' recipe to my brothers and one said he's had it and it's "ridiculously delicious!" and the other said he's been "inspired" to try it this weekend!
