I made this at home as a test run and it was tasty. Recipe made it into my folder of caming recipes I keep in the trailer

I also watched it and got all wet from Salivating.

I am going to try and replicate it but not over an open fire.

I don't do facebook so their loss... I found an ESEE (company from Idaho) for a reasonable cost..

Here is a link to a great cleaver I bought a few years back, normally $169 on sale for $69, this is my favorite kitchen tool, quality steel, have never had to sharpen.
