I had him build a custom one for my small pellet-fed smoker. It should be here today. I’ll be happy to let you know how I feel about the quality, installation, etc.

I'm surprised this thread hasn't gotten more traction - anybody own one of these? I'm thinking I could finally get the Weber Q2200 and not have to worry about where I'm going to stow it and what I'm going to put it on to use it.
I'm wondering how the Q actually mounts to the grill bracket as well.

Great - if you can keep us posted w/ how the Q actually locks into the base. I'm intrigued with leaving the Q permanently attached to the camper and traveling w/ it down the road like that. I could never fit the 2200 in a storage bay w/o sacrificing something I absolutely needed.

Washers yes. Locknuts no.
I don’t fault Bill for this. But I did buy and use nylon lock washers.
Have pics of my setup. LOVE it.
Will post tomorrow in the reviews forum and let this thread know the link.
Very pleased!
I think he sent yours out today!
I sent him my photos and they may hit his FB page before I post

That is mounted to the rear bumper? Is that really a good idea to have your grill on the back of the RV with all the road grime? Be interested to see how it actually operates in the real world..

I never really thought about road grime. It will be covered and I don't see it much different than hauling a grill in the bed of a pickup. But I will keep an eye on it.
Just posted a quick review of my mount with a few photos.
