Paw Paw’s Fried Potatoes and Sausage…

Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
1/2 lb. sausage meat
2 tablespoons canola oil (I use bacon grease)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Put a large skillet on the stove or grill on med high. Put the oil or bacon grease in the pan.
2.Crumble the sausage meat into small pieces, add to the pan and fry until done.
3. Peel and slice/cube the potatoes, which ever you prefer, and add to the skillet. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
4. Turn the mixture every few minutes till the potatoes are browned on all sides.
5. Cover and stir every few minutes for a further 8 to 10 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
