Campfire Calazone

Sitting around the camp site this afternoon and had to share our cool new creation..(ok....I am sure someone else thought of it first!)

Took some ready made dough from the grocery store...added pizza fillings and toppings...threw in the Dutch oven....and .......perfection! What I like most is each kid made their own so they cant complain about toppings!!

We are at Wall Doxie State Park in north central Mississippi. Very basic park but extremely nice. Everyone was scared of the weather I guess because this place is a ghost town for a holiday weekend. We had a light sprinkle last night and that is it. A little hot today, but tolerable.

I'm sure the calazone was great. I have noticed that almost anything you cook while camping is G O O D.
