Campfire Cooking

Thanks to Rolly for putting the cooking forum on. Most all of us enjoy cooking and certainly enjoy eating. Post your favorite recipes here, seasonings you use and yes, photos of your finished product.

Smile Fish recipe

Do you like fresh grilled fish? ........I sure do. Try this sometime. The first time I had this I literally could not stop eating. dip your fillets(any kind)in beaten egg yokes and then dip in crushed pretzels. Cook on a fine mesh screen on your grill or use a pan or other cooking surface. YUUUUMM!!!

How about one for "Rallies"? At some point we will have enough members in different regions of the country who may want to have annual get-togethers! *Woo-Hoo*

I may have to try that James... Sounds pretty good. I love fried fish, but we hardly ever fry anything anymore. A little bacon occassionally.
