Tom
Watched the video and you inspired me to give it a go. Broke out my big green egg and made several excellent pizzas just as the winter storm was rolling in. Great recipe and thanks for sharing, now I will have to find a oven to travel with as the egg is a little heavy.

You’re welcome. Works great at home too. Just set oven to as high as it can go and let it fully warm up the stone. It’ll be great.

Nice! Those BGE are pretty hefty. You can pick up a camp chef like mine or there’s plenty of portable pizza ovens to choose from. Bookemdanno posted a picture of his that looked like it did a great job cooking.

My new Camp Chef Pro 90x arrives today! Also picked up the Camp Chef pizza oven. I can't wait to use it at home and camping.

Amazon has some great prices on their warehouse inventory for the pizza ovens. They seem to have many available. My theory is they sold quite a few over the holidays but buyers didn't realize you need a heat source like the Camp Chef stove to use it.

The new pro series by camp chef are NICE!
You’re going to love it. I love the high BTU output of their stoves. Can’t wait to hear how your pizzas turn out. And take some pics before you eat them all [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]

I have a recipe called Huli Huli Chicken. When it's on the grill, the whole cg gets hungry.
