Here's a dish we like around my house.......

16 ounces shredded Cheddar
16 ounces shredded Monterrey Jack.
Large can Cream of Chicken soup.
4 cans diced green chiles
Large package of FAJITA size FLOUR tortillas

Set aside about a cup of the cheese blend.

Mix the rest of the cheese and chiles in a large bowl.
Add in 1/4 of the soup and mix in.

Spoon into flours and roll.

Place CLOSE TOGETHER in a well oiled baking pan til it is full.
(i use spray olive oil and a glass pan about 12" x 16")

When pan is full, cover with remaining soup and the cheese you set aside.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Cool for 15 minutes on stovetop.

Serve with chips and salsa.

Sounds like it's Dutch Oven ready! I may try it this weekend!! I will likely add some pre-cooked diced chicken breast to the mix before filling the torilllas.
