Hot dog/marshmallow stick case?

I have some almost 3 1/2 feet long hot dog/marshmallow sticks and I'd like some sort of tupperware case to put them in when traveling to/from our camping spot.

What do others do with their hot dog/marshmallow sticks and is there such plastic / tupperware case out there?

I put up a couple of small screw hooks in my passthru and hang them up.

I wipe them off and toss them in the storage. Before using them I will sterilize them by putting the ends in the fire, then wipe them down with a wet cloth and go to cooking. Not sure if you will find a tupperware container that big but I guess you could use a fish pole tube or a plastic/PVC shipping tube with end caps if you have to keep them contained.

That`s what I do dg, burn em off in the fire. Works for me. I also keep them in the rear storage. My kids love toasting marshmallows.

Hi, I just got 2 hot dog forks/marshmallow sticks at menards that are 2 pieces that screw together made by coleman, these could be easier to find a container to store them in.....I'm gonna check out that website though cuz I do have one of the bigger forks that doesnt come apart.

I have the kind with the forks reversed. Picture a U shaped piece of metal welded onto a metal stick...that way your food wont fall off...they came with a little bag....

If I didnt have the bag, I would just make a holder out of PVC pipe...get the size that fits your sticks, glue a cap on one end and leave it loose on the other....sand it down a little so the cap does not fit so tightly it wont come off....cheap and easy.

Thanks everyone. I had always just cleaned them off and put them in the back of the SUV when we use to tent. I was not sure how dirty my storage compartment might get down the road.

I figured there was little chance anyone made and sold what I was looking for. I think I'll come up with something just to keep the ends of the sticks clean, or more clean then if they were on the floor in the storage area.

Try a shipping tube from a packging supply store. Cheap, made of carboard and you can replace it whenever.
