We have chicken a lot, in one form or another. If the DW makes more than the two of us can eat, we invite friends or family for dinner. When there is some left over, it gets re-heated in the air fryer. It comes out crispier than the microwave. Still getting used to how long to cook or re-heat in it.

How about a little more detail? It sounds good. We would have to buy extra to have leftovers.

Peeled fried chicken and diced thick chunks, cooked angel hair pasta, or whatever pasta you prefer, buffalo mozzarella slices/cubes, Parmesan, your favorite pasta sauce...

Used our Breville Oven, cookie tray lined with aluminum foil, toss the pasta in a little of the sauce to "wet" the pasta, place/spread pasta on the tray, spread the chicken over the pasta, spoon sauce over chicken and pasta, spread mozzarella over sauce. Place in 400 deg oven until heated through, mozzarella melted an browning. Remove tray and grate Parmesan cheese on top... can either let it melt from residual heat of the dish or I put under a broiler for a min to brown the Parmesan...serve with your beverage of choice or whatever else you would want with it... Cheers!

It usually call’s me out in the middle of the night and then you have to block the light in the frig so you know who doesn’t wake up. Don’t forget to put the bone’s in the bottom of the trash container.
