Mesquite-Lime Fajitas

This might be cheating but it is one of our favorites.

Newman's Own Mesquite with Lime Marinade. We marinade enough chicken for the number of people eatting with us. Usually about 1.5 lbs for 4 adults. I'll usually drop trimmed chicken breasts or cutlets into a zip-loc bag with the marinade before we leave. It takes up less room in the fridge plus you can shake it up everytime you move the bag.

Grill the chicken at the site and cut it up into strips after it's been grilled.

Serve on tortillas with cheese, lettuce, or whatever you like but you also need Newman's Own Pinapple Salsa. The salsa sets off the marinade nicely. We tried it with grilled peppers and onions but it took away from the tangy sweetness of the marinade and salsa.

You mean 1-1/2 pound each, for four adults, right? That's how I roll, anyway!

Sounds good. I'll have to try it.
