We just purchased a new Jay Flight, and I was wondering the same thing. I figured the bottom (on the metal directly above the flame) would be the best, but I noticed a metal sensor at the back of this area, so I think it might be safer to put the pizza stone on the rack. Thoughts?

Stacy has been cooking(baking) the brownies, lasagna and just about anything that would go in the oven - on our Traeger... We put the pizza stone right under the item being cooked - they come out amazing!
think about Hickory smoked brownies!...
