Perfect Pot Roast
Use a Crock pot
Beef Roast (cut into pieces no larger than tennis ball)
Beef bullion cubes
Water
Salt
Spices
Worchestershire Sauce
Potatoes (small red whole -or- cubed large ones)
Large bag Carrots
2 Large Onions cut as you prefer
2 cups sliced Bell Pepper
1 Can of sliced Mushrooms
2 Pkgs of Brown gravy mix
Place roast in crock pot and add enough water to just cover it.
Add Seasoning as you prefer
(I add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon TONY'S cajun seasoning, 2 tablespoons worchestershire)
Add 3 beef bullion cubes.
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
Add potatoes, onions, peppers, and carrots.
Cook 1 hour.
Add mushrooms.
Mix gravy in seperate bowl with 1/2 water directed until lumps are gone.
Add gravy to pot.
Cook 1 more hour.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
Meat will fall apart when prodded with fork.
Can be cooked in a large dutch oven over campfire coals.
