Thought I would share my favorite cookie bar recipe. Great for making in your trailer oven. Very easy, few ingredients, no rolling or cutting out.

Chocolate Chip Toffee Bars (chocolate chip cookie without the work)

1cup margarine
1cup brown sugar
1tsp vanilla
2cups flour
1cup chocolate chips

Cream together margarine and brow sugar
Add vanilla and flour -mix well
Stir in chocolate chips
Press into ungreased 9x9 pan
Bake @350 for 25 min

(you could have the dry ingredients all measured out in a ziplock Baggie and add the wet ingredients as needed). They sell these everyday in the canteen at the school where I work and always sell out!

Thanks for the recipe! Have you ever tried making the dough ahead & freezing it? Maybe I'll try it before our next camping trip...
