Peggy and I enjoy spaghetti squash, we eat it often. A friend of ours had a recipe It is called "Lasagna stuffed spaghetti squash".I put the link to the recipe below if anyone is interested in looking at it.We cooked it at home but We will try cooking it when we go on the next camping trip which will be soon. I put up a photo below of our finished product with some of the meat stuffing next to it.. http://arismenu.com/lasagna-stuffed-spaghetti-squash/

a little off topic but a different squash recipe. we have a huge garden and plant a dozen squash plants a year!!! Take one cut it in half length wise and hollow it out/remove the seeds. It will almost look like a canoe when done. add browned ground beef and wrap it in foil then grill it and until the squash is soft. then add cheese and spaghetti sauce and keep grilling it until the cheese melts it is delicious!
