What are you making in your rig for St. Patty's Day?

Us...nothing!!! We are taking the day off.

Here at our winter home the Resort Chef is doing it all at the Clubhouse.

Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots...the whole nine yards.

I would like to make something in our Jayco for St. Patricks Day, however it is still buried in the backyard with snow. We will be making a special Rueben Sandwich in the house while looking at the Jayco in the backyard!
