What is your favorite Christmas dinner in your RV?

What are you planning for this year or have had for previous Christmas' in your RV?

Not thinking of in your S&B home if you have one.

Garbage Can Turkey! 20 lb. turkey +20 gallon "steel" garbage can + 20 lbs. charcoal + 2 hours. Comes out perfect every time. No matter if it is 90 degrees F. or 10 degrees below zero, it always works. Don't peak during cooking, leave it alone for 2 hours. You have to trust it!

Last March we moved from one spot in the park to another one. The new spot where we are at , the neighbors all get together and everybody brings a dish and 2 people cook turkeys, one person makes a ham.Talk about food, yum yum. I think this year we are BBQing a turkey. Hope everybody has a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.
