Friday we are having a Velveeta Cheese Dip with Jimmy Dean Sauage/hamburger/salsa. This is pre made at home on Thurday and brought to the campground in a crockpot and left on low all afternoon. This stuff is the best for any sports fan that is having a party. It can be made Mild all the way up to very hot in spices. It all depends on what type of sausage (regular or Hot) and the type of salsa you use (Mild up to Hot).
This is the best dip I have ever had and has been a favorite of many friends that have it with us on Memorial Weekend.

Saturday Night we are having Steak and Shrimp.

Sunday we are having Garlic seasoned Chicken Breasts.

Probably a chicken, but if I'm a good enough shot, maybe a blue grouse. :hihi:

At first I thought chicken, and I'll probably do that still. But now I'm pretty sure I'll also smoke a nice, big beef brisket.

I already have my 26BH set up at Sand Flats above Moab (I'll be here for two weeks, probably), and have my Weber kettle grill and Weber Smoky Mountain smoker ready to go. And they both seem pretty anxious to be put into action!

Later,

Bill

My wife feeds the family...but I'll probably throw a Bacon Explosion on the smoker as a treat for us guys. Google it. Bacon Explosion. Yummy. Then Google angioplasty if you're worried about it.
