It "SHOULD" be right behind the utility panel. There is a 12X12 wood panel that probably needs to be removed in the storage compartment that will allow access to the filter. Your dealer was "SUPPOSED to show you all that when you did your walk through.

Are you sure it was supposed to have one? I just looked at the standards and options and didn't see any filters listed,

Not sure but the dealer gave me an extra filter n said they didn't know where it was located. Do they come on the 4212?

The online manual for the 2016 Jayco Seismec makes it look like an option. Its says under
Sanitizing Instructions, Full System Canister water filter (if so equipped). Maybe check your build sheet and see if it is listed, if not you don't have one.

Check directly behind the water control panel behind the "wall".

My 4112 does not have one. We will be going with an external one and a water softener at the water connection.

Contacted Jayco Manufacturer they advised they don't put one in anymore. Thank you all for your responses.

You may be able to mount one on the water control panel wall if you want to. I'm actually happier not to have to screw with it, no pun intended
