2023 4113 heat pump install

I have 3 AC units on the roof and would like to replace the front unit with a heat pump. Anyone done this ? Any thoughts on this?

Not on your particular rig, but on several others. Do you have a wall thermostat? That is where the biggest challenge can occur as you may not have the extra wire running to the control box. You will need to swap the thermo too.
