Changing height of the leveling jacks

I have a seismic wave and we do a lot of sand camping. The one thing I really don't like is how low the 6 point jacks hang down. It is even worse when I have to air down to get through the sand. Has anyone unbolted them and raised them up? It looks like there is about 2 inches between the top of the motors and the floor of the trailer.

Hey Neil. I have a 355w and my jacks hung low until I flipped the axels. Even when they were low, I never drug them on the ground, but I never had to air down. And we dry camp 90% of the time.
I flipped the axles to get the trailer level when towing. Now there is a ton of clearance.
I'm at Sand Mt right now, are you guys coming this week? Would like to see your new hauler. (we are on the fence line)

Hey Tim, how are you? It's good to hear from you. I didn't realize you were on this forum. Right now my truck and trailer are pretty level so I don't want to flip the axles unless I have to. It's just these leveling jacks are crazy low. I think I am going to raise them up at least one bolt hole and try it out. I will just carry some extra cribbing.

We aren't going to be at sand mountain. We have family coming for Easter and then we are going riding out near Minden, NV (Johnson lane) the weekend after Easter. Have a great time out there and be safe.
