Considering a Jayco Octane ZX T 26Y and wondering about cold weather use

Do these units perform well in freezing temps? While I will use it during the traditional seasons, I am also looking at the trailer for hunting seasons that may involve freezing days and night temperatures. Most likely would be +10 and up or I wouldn't be out there. My specifica questions are about water pipes and freezing since there is no apparent basement or floor heating. Just wondering if this would be a problem for the unit and how it would likely work out.

Any thoughts or responses would be appreciated.
