Flooring for toyhauler

Any suggestions for flooring on the toyhauler? We have an Octane 273 and the linoleum has not held up well to loading our Harley Tri Glide. It has bubbled up and ripped under the front wheel from braking. Any suggestions?

Just a thought...what about those garage squares you can get from either Sam's Club or Costco? If one gets damaged again you can always replace it.

used to be able to get a roll of rubber diamond plate flooring from costco. There is a similar product in my TH garage now.

I have used this in cargo trailer. May be worth a try.

You need a flooring that gets glued down. Not sure what you're using the toy hauler for. but if its for an ATV, the tiles will shift as you drive on them. If you're just walking motorcycles in then you might be OK.

I have the same issue. Ladder to top bunk fell & pealed up some of the flooring cover (of course right smack dab in the middle of the floor). I went to the web site shown in the earlier post (G-floor lite) & found some nice options. Since I will have to pull up the tie-downs, I had already read where they were probably not secured well (wood screws vice through bolts & backing plate) & wanted to fix this at the same time. My question is this: I have the insulated underbelly, how hard is it to remove that insulation, get to the bottom side of the floor (where I can put the plate & bolts for tie-downs), & reattach it all? I think some of the tie-downs are over the fuel tank, so those I do not think I will be able to get good access to re-enforce. I will just have to unscrew & re-screw them back in. I believe in < The more info I have before I start, the less that "hopefully" will go wrong during the task >. Thanks ahead.

We got this down last week. Rubber Diamondplate. It's tough stuff. Should hold up much better.

Looks good! What is it? Is it fully glued down?

Yes it is. Friend of mine puts down flooring for a living. He did an excellent job. Loading the Tri-Glide soon. I expect it hold up without any problems. It's really tough stuff.
