I didn't realize they didn't offer slide options. That would be a deal breaker for me too.

Sorry, my comment about fresh water was harsh.
This is what I should have said:
When it comes to black tanks, I'm not concerned about filling two of them up (maybe not even one), when I only have 120 gallons of water to start with. I can't remember a situation where we have filled up one black tank before we've filled up grays. We use a lot more water showering and doing dishes.
I did check and:
Jayco Seismics have 106 fresh
Keystone Raptor have 94 fresh
Grand Design Momentum 152 fresh
Brinkley G3500 150 fresh
I still have a hard time imagining that a second black tank is going to help me extend my dry camping, but I've never had two blacks, so I can't say for sure. I'd still take the space in the kitchen/living over the tank.
Of course, YMMV...

Well 80 gallons takes twice as long to fill as 40 so it doubles your capacity so it also doubles the time between dumps. Of course you need enough fresh water and gray capacity for extended trips to go along with the extra black capacity. Our Triton 3551 has 80 gallons of black (2x40), 80 gallons of gray (2x40) and 120 gallons of fresh water.

Don't take this as argumentative, but if I had a toy hauler, I'd use that space to store a tote tank, and that's what I would use as my second black tank.
While that's not exactly the same as having an onboard tank, the square footage in the main area is worth more to me than the inconvenience of of having of a tote tank that I may have to dump.
At the end of the day, I don't really understand the second bath in any toy hauler, but I understand it even less in the shorter ones. In shorter TH's, the second bathroom just robs too much valuable space from the main living area.
Obviously, LOL, I'm in the minority here!! That's validated by the comments on this thread and the fact that there are a lot of sub 40' TH's that have the second bath, especially when it comes to luxury TH's...

I grew up in a one bathroom house with 4 of us kids. Now they put two bathrooms trailers and motor homes. (I now have a two bath house.)

Realize the topic is TH but was reading some of the comments to DW & she took off chuckling. Our unit has 2 bathrooms (well, 1/2 bath downstairs). We took a tour of Jayco in 2015 & specifically asked if the downstairs bathroom could be an extension of the pantry (Butler Pantry) and was told definitely. Then when we ordered it in 2016 was told that option was no longer available. Okay...told DW we will not use the downstairs bathroom because I didn't want to empty another darn tank.
It is just the 2 of us (as well as 3 cats and a Great Dane) so why would we need the downstairs bathroom? On one of the trips, DW managed to get an UTI. After an incident for DW, I decided HAPPY WIFE was a lot better than having a fit over emptying another darn tank. I would say 96% of the time we only use the upstairs bathroom but when we do have guests, they do use the downstairs. They don't have to walk through our bedroom to the upstairs bathroom. And when covid-19 hit, it was better using the trailer than rest area bathrooms.

LOL! This is actually part of my point. There are still a lot.of houses that people live in that only have one bathroom, and they all survive.
While I get that we all want our RVs to look and feel as much like home as possible, there are still some things that we just simply don't need in our RVs...

This also makes my point to a certain degree. I'm 100% with you in the camp of, I-dont-want-another-black-to-drain. And while you had a couple of situations where you needed the 2nd bathroom, the other 98% of the time you carried around that weight, complications , wiring, plumbing, etc associated with all of that. I WANT THAT FLOORSPACE BACK!!! In an RV, floorspace is king, and the EFFECTIVE use of that floorspace. And floorspace doesn't require any maintenance. No tanks to dump, no wires coming loose, no plumbing issues, etc.
As always, YMMV....

Dumping a extra tank is no big deal in my opinion. You are down there pulling valves at the dump station anyway. It is a waste of valuable RV space and storage and weight, just my two cents. A larger grey, black or water tank would be better.
