Fuel Cell question

I recently bought a used 5th wheel toy hauler and have the fuel tanks in the back. Is there a way to clean the tank? It appeared empty when I bought the trailer so I put about 15 gallons in it, filled a couple dirtbikes up and found the gas was darn near green coming out and it clogged a few carbs on the bikes. Any additive that could be used?

Your tank probably needs to be flushed. I would use a fuel filter on the line if it is clogging carburetors. Chances are it had gas in it without any fuel conditioner for storage.

What is the easiest way to flush without dropping the tank?

I would think a small amount of gas in the tank and take it for a ride and let it slosh. If you have a filter between the tank and gas pump the filter should eventually catch all the debris. You may end up changing a few filters but that would be a lot easier than taking the tank out and definitely easier than cleaning carbs and fuel injectors.
