Garage bunk beds

Surely there is a way to set up the sofas in the garage without the second bunk bed hanging just overhead. Does anybody know how to keep the upper bunk up and the lower bunk down? Seismic 3712

there should have been 4 pins provided to insert under top bunk when it is fully raised . that way when bottom bunk is lowered top one stays up .

The pins didn't come with mine I had to ask for them!

If they don't have them, any home depot or like store will have them.
I can send you a pic of what they look like if you need it.

Just FYI I did my demo yesterday and picked up mine. Because of your thread I knew to ask for pins and low and behold no pins to be found. They ordered them. 2 weeks or so. Thanks for the heads up! They must forget them at the factory.
