Goofy new problem - lighting issue

so at the last warranty visit, the converter was replaced. Now I have a goofy new problem - the exterior party lights, under the RV, are on all the time, in bright green color. They are shown as 'off' in the One Control panel. If you use the panel to turn them 'on' you can control the color, brightness, etc. When I switch them back to 'off, back to bright green. Same response via the app too.

Yes, it was Camping World/Gander.

Ideas? Not an electrical person, so this issue is greek to me. Is this a mobile tech situation to resolve? I would just pull the fuse for these lights, but there does not appear to be a separate fuse related to the party lights.

Any help appreciated.

From my experience LED lights sometimes do odd things when the controller starts to fail. Example, I have multicolor strobe light (Halloween thing). When it failed, the light just turned to red, even when off. I have to fully unplug it, to turn it off at night.

I suspect your controller has failed, and not the light strip. Pull the fuse for now, and start looking for a new control module. The module might be behind the physical switch, so you might be able to disconnect the power their. If not, you may need to contact Jayco with your vin number and ask for the low voltage wiring diagram.
