Heating Problems - Noisy Clicking - Octane 161 SL

Hello,

We are proud new owners of the Jayco Octane 161 SL. We were excited and started to sleep in the trailer pre-season, and climates have gone done to about Zero here in Ontario. When the heater turns on throughout the night, there is a very loud and annoying clicking sound. It clicks 5-10 times, loud enough to wake us up. The clicks seem to be coming from up above where the air conditioner is.

Any tips to resolve this issue are appreciated.

Some place in all of the stuff that I seem to have accumulated is the part to repair that problem. I never installed it on the Cyclone since the furnace kept working. If you determine what part number you need send me a PM and I can check the one I have, if I can find it.

I did find it and this is the part. It comes with a new thermostat.
