Help with Norcold 12xx L1 oP reset

Can't find the ARP control panel for reset on 2016 seismic wave 400w. I've looked in the lower panel and upper. Please help. I need my fridge.

I believe I had the same issue. I could not get my hot water tank to heat on propane. I simply turned it off...made sure my propane tank was turned on, then hit the switch. The dogon thing fired right up.

Doesn't the black box have a red light?? That the control. Try a very strong magnet moving across the black box

I was told that if your unit is not level it wont work. I was also told that if you hit the circuit breaker switch and leave off for a couple of minutes...then click it back on it will reset itself also.

Got it fixed. The dealer canned the part and put it on another rig. I had them overnight the part and installed. Working like a champ now.
