Is a 2018 octane 161 a 4 season Camper?

Im new to this, I hope its not a stupid question.

I don’t know about your specific model but I’m not aware of anything that Jayco makes as 4 season- the Seneca has heated basement where the plumbing is but it’s not insulated so it stays about 5 degrees warmer than the outside temp and the waterline for your ice maker has no protection Les

I’ve camped in my 222 down to 17deg at night and high 40s during the day using my tanks with no hookups. I kept my heater at 55 during the day to keep heat flowing to the basement and at night I put the heat to 65. I think it’s rare that any manufacture rates their units as 4-season because the user needs to be smart about freezing issues.

I would say no. Depends on how cold you're talking. Anything is possible if you plan ahead and use good common sense.
