Issue around inside edge of garage windows

I have a 2019 Octane Super Lite 273. I several places around both the side windows in the garage area, the interior wall material is wrinkled like it was pulled too tight around the windows. I have checked the area with a moisture meter and have detected no signs of moisture.
Does anyone have any ideas on a repair for this? I am even willing to cover it up with some type of flexible trim that I could put all the way around the windows.
I have attached three pictures.

Thanks for any suggestion's.

Not sure how to fix. But it does remind me I had a leak from garage window during a very heavy rain.....
