Jayco 273 Q's

Hello all, total newb here.

Since it looks like I'll be living in my 273 through the Kentucky winter, I need to start prepping. I was wondering if anyone has knowledge of the over-all construction of these toy haulers. This one does NOT have any "all-season" packages. The bottom of the trailer is open to atmosphere.

I may be wrong but while sealing up openings with spray foam, i've noticed it looks like there is a floor plus a sub floor, leaving an air gap between the two, which brings me to my first question: Does the furnace heat this space at all?

I also noticed the bottom of the black and grey tanks hangs down past the bottom of the trailer frame. What do you guys use to close this area in for freeze protection? I thought about using plywood and foam board but I would have to use spacers to hang the plywood below the tanks... or would I just install tank and pipe heaters and leave the bottom open to atmosphere?

Any input is appreciated.
