Customer Service wouldn’t know, you need to talk to the Regional Sales Manager for the dealership you deal with.

Any luck on ordering the "unpublished" hydraulic leveling option?

I was setting up the trailer a week and a half ago in Nevada and got a RF jack error. The RF jack was apparently stripped out, worm gear I'm guessing? The motor is fine but can move the jack leg up and down by hand. This is a ground control 3 system.
I cribbed it up using blocks and my bottle jack to secure it while I was camping. Managed to get it hooked up to the truck when I left for home yesterday. Problem is it is stuck on the truck until I get replacement parts.
I spoke with a Lippert tech rep when I discovered the problem. They were willing to overnight the part to me, but unfortunately they did not have any in stock and were 5 days out before it would ship. Hoping to get it Monday or Tuesday so I can unhook from the trailer.

I dont have a seismic or even the auto level, but my friend does. I'm seen first hand how limited the system is while camping together. Sorry for those that have the issue. But I do have a question....., is it only a side to side issue? I'm just trying to look out for my friend. I bought a bluetooth leveling system that helps me get my Talon into level from the truck. I have to use leveling blocks, the roll on Andersen type, but it makes it much faster and easier. Plus saves a bunch of trips in and out the truck and needing an extra person. And at $139 I've suggested he get one since this problem isn't gonna get fixed for cheaper than that.

Dang, you would think that this would be a common part they would have on hand. Especially since they have had a history of failing!
Maybe their engineers should think about redesigning the part to eliminate the failures we are seeing?

What are part you waiting for? I’m getting a whole new jack. Motor and all.
As far as I could tell there are no “parts” to fix them.
I would love to just buy the inner leg with the screw shaft and replace my left Jack with just that part, before it breaks too.
My extended warranty is picking up the tab for my new right jack. $800 Canadian. Looks like I’ll have an extra motor for a spare now.
I would have had the new jack last Friday, but the dealer ordered a rear jack because they don’t really pay attention

My motor works fine. The rep said they were sending a leg with the screw drive. Who knows, maybe a complete jack will show up?
There are only 2 bolts holding the motor head on the leg assembly, so I assumed they would only send the leg.
I am almost a year out of warranty, but got Lippert to send me one at no cost. They were very helpful after I explained what my situation was.

Let me know what you end up with. I really want to change my left screw drive.
Hopefully you will see a part number

Klassic, My parts came today. They sent me an entire jack, including the motor. I also posted a photo of the invoice with what I assume is the part number under the description. The same number was on the box.
My old jack is on the left of the new parts they sent.

I wish they just sold the inner leg.

That was the part number I gave to my dealer. They argued with me that that’s not the right part number.
Then they order me a rear jack. Now they tell me 10- 14 days to get the correct part...and still wouldn’t let me give them that part number.
I wonder what I’m going to get next.

I don't get why they wouldn't sell just the leg. The parts came separated in the box.
I thought that is what I was going to receive, the old motor was fine.

I already unhooked. Used cribbing and a 12 ton bottle jack to lift and hold the side with no jack. That is why the old jack is sitting on my garage floor right now.
