Noises while leveling at windows and slides

So this being my first 5th wheel, I've noticed that when not on level ground and the jacks are leveling, you get some squeaks and crackling from the windows and slide outs. I never noticed this on our Class A DP when it would level. Is the frame twisting like this normal for things to be making noises like this?

I don't have a 5th wheel but my 32BHDS is the longest TT I have ever had and yes the creaking and groaning seems to be normal on the longer TT's and 5ers. To quote P25ct Unsettling but normal..
