If you haven't tried other DVD's to see if it's that issue and if in warranty, get dealer to fix or replace..If out of warranty, buy another DVD, they are very affordable now a days

The bummer is, Furrion is a very low quality/ low end electronic equipment. Don't know why Jayco uses this product except possibly to save money in the manufacturing process.. They're not the only manufacturer to use this low end equipment, but they do and the consumer either lives with it or puts more money into their unit due to replacing all of the electronics eventually..As long as unit is under warranty, make Jayco fix or replace it until warranty has expired, then replace with better electronics..

Sort of like the tire debacle...You'll see good tires on these units on"occasion", but that's not very often...because the manufacturer will "cop out" and save yet more money by purchasing large amounts of cheaper tires to make even more money off of us.
