Octane 273 Dinette Seats-Travel Position

We just got a 2020 Octane 273 TH. I noticed that the dinette seats are labeled that they should be folded up and against the wall for travel as opposed to just raising the entire assembly up next to the bunk. Anyone usually travel with just the assembly raised? Just wondering if this is usually (or always) done. Side clearance is cut down with the seats against the wall and I could see an issue with not being able to load some toys.
