Octane sl222: Sagging Lippert couch

It seems one of my lippert couches has developed a significant sag with very little usage. Has anyone else had this situation and/or have a resolve?

If its the same as mine, that go up and down on the happyjac, mine had a support bar inside that had broke, i took it back for warranty, it is now broke again and my warranty is expired " of course". reach up under yours and give it a slap, you may be able to feel if one of your bars is also broken. I'm going to pull it off unzip the cover and get inside there one of these days.

Got into my sofa today. As expected support rod broken. Appears support straps are made out of plastic the kind used to strap shipping boxes together. LOL. Pics included if they will load. Heading to Home Depot to find a better support system 4 nuts to remove seat back 8 machine screw to pull seat off the 2 rails took about 15 minutes with a dewalt drill and square bit
