Yeah, right...they probably used it for another customer.
You can download one from Jayco.

BTW, did you get from the dealer the other instructions that cover your fridge, heater, etc,?

Call or "e" mail JAYCO and ask them to mail you one. All you need is the vin#.

I got a hardcopy for my 2018 but they may have going paperless for 2019. Maybe someone that also has a 2019 can chime in on whether they were given a hardcopy.

I got a hard copy with mine. The revision date on it shows it to be an early manual. I found more info on the online manual. I downloaded it into the wife's tablet that way it's with us when we're out camping. Now I need to figure out the info on the switch under my bathroom sink.
