Patio door cable

Hi all.
I have a 2010 Recon 40 D. I am thinking about getting cables to retrofit the ramp into a patio. Do y'all think I will be alright or do I need to worry about the ramp and bracket anchor point not being strong enough to do this?
Here is the kit I am looking at getting.

Your ramp should have a weight rating. As long as you don't exceed it or the weight rating of the cable system, and the brackets have a good strong attachment to the ramp, I would think you should be OK.

Where would I find the weight rating for the ramp?

There should be a sticker (usually on the side of the ramp) with the rating. If it is no longer there, I would contact Jayco with the model and Vin# and ask for the specs for the ramp.

Ordered the cable kit, came with no instructions, nice stainless Steel wood screws, carabiners that are to big to fit in the upper mounts.
