Patio steps

We recently purchased a Talon 313T and it did not come with the steps for the patio. Is this something that should have came with it or is just mean to be something you add/buy?

Normally a selling point. We bought a 17 North Point 381 (new). It did not come with MoRide steps. Suppose to be a step up from a equal type Eagle (and of course it comes with the MoRyde steps. Go figure...

If u have the railing option u should have gotten steps. If no rails, u could order sum steps.
