Power Share Switch - What does it control

I was snooping around today checking out the wiring behind the control center as I am considering installing an EMS and wanted to see if it is something I would try to install myself. After seeing the snake pit of wires and the limited working space I'll probably sub it out to someone. During my investigation I came across a power share switch and am curious as to what it controls. Possibly has something to do with the ATS as it is located next to it? Does anyone know? I have a 2017 Seismic 4113.

Often it is used to allow 2 different high current draw appliances to operate but not at the same time.

In some units, it's a vacuum and a fireplace. Others could be 2- 1k btu ac's on a 30 amp circuit.

OK, thanks Norty. Guess I'll find out sometime when I turn something on and something else goes off and then comes back on when the something is turned off.
