I don't have the same rv but mine has one under the kitchen sink that's hard to see. You need to remove the panel around drain and reach down in the cutout in floor and you can fill it.

Im having thr same problem so im going to start taking things apart until I find we've the water line is supposed to connect to the source. There's no water in the line going to the valve under my slide out. All I know is that this is the worst quality of camper I have ever owned. Im seeking this piece of **** this up coming year and buying a Luxe. I'll update you on what u find. I am still waiting on a answer to get my rear AC working. It had never worked not once and I bought this brand new.

Found it!

Under the kitchen sink on the very bottom is a faltse wall.

Remove the one screw going into the floor on the little 1/2" X 1/2" square wood.
That should slide over to the right and then you will be able to see the silver valve that turns on the water to the refrigerator.

Don't forget to turn on the valve outside in the cubby on the slide out opposite of the fridge.

Why did you take it off the lot if it wasn't working. Didn't the dealer do a PDI with you and run everything? They are supposed to.
