Sanitizing the Fresh Water Tank

Does anyone have information about sanitizing the fresh water tank on a Jayco 4212? What process do you use and how often do you do it?

Should be a common knowledge thing. Do a bit more with the search function.

One does not just sanitize the tank. The whole freshwater system has to be done.

I don't have the tables. I use 1/2 cup household bleach with about 20 gallons of water in the FW tank to flush out the bulk of the antifreeze. Then let it sit in the lines for several hours.

Fill the tank to the top (50 gallon capacity) and we're good to go.

3tbs of bleach with every refill of fresh water to keep the system clear of microorganisms for the rest of the camping season.
