I hear ya, the problem I have had with two slides is the little plastic roller on the fridge side has broke and you cant just buy the roller, this go round once its out I am going to machine something either out of aluminum or steel, not sure it will work but it seems they are content with selling full slide packages, I reached out to them with some suggestions but have heard nothing, also thought about getting rid of that heavy 4 seat couch and putting in a table and chairs to save weight, not sure if a residential fridge would weigh less as well ? I love the camper but hate all the issues, havent had any levelling issues with it so far other than the quick pins on the front end breaking and I think that triggered the slide wheel breaking off at least the first time, at $ 4,000 a pop I dont think i will ever be able to retire in this unit as planned.

Well got my camper back on Christmas eve, I got them to keep all the damaged parts, if I could figure out how to easily post pictures I could show exactly what goes on with these heavy slides, its a combination of the rollers being something from the play school years collection then casing the aluminum block to break, a very simple fix if you had the right engineering, the blocks could be made out of steel and the rollers either aluminum or bronze, end of the problem for a lot of years not months.

My slide issue was fixed after I re-connected a loose wire in the basement controller. Fingers crossed!

Can you elaborate (maybe a photo?) as to the offending wire/location?

Thanks!

I would but the trailer is at the stealer for service. I know it was drivers side rear hatch, when open top left hand side. Color coded wires going into a small black box. Probably 4" x 3". Hope this helps.
