The patio is a sponge, mine has weep holes all the way around the perimeter. Water would pour out the bottom ones when it rained. The doors and patios on my unit are made by Challenger. All the bolts and heads were total rust as well as all the patio brackets. Solution is coat the perimeter and deck with Bedliner and granules. I used U-Pol roll on bedliner. 2 heavy coats over perimeter and bolts on hinges.
The other issue has been the weight of the patio, it is saturated with water and damn heavy. Added another spring to both side and rear ramps, didn’t help.

I suggest you review my other posts concerning our 4212, the LCI leveling system is crap and broke down again.

Could you post some pics of your fix and where you think the water is coming from and to? Maybe just come wider overall shots. Where is water supposed to drain out or did they drill holes?

We have a 4113 and want to get anything we can on the front end. We did have some water in between trips that built up inbetween the ramp and the slider. I assumed it was from when I washed it or possibly the huge welds at the top corners. I was going to grind and smooth those and replace the seal.

The water enters at premeimeter of patio and at penetrations. My patios are made by Challenger, are yours LCI? There are weep holes around the perimeter of the patio. I treated everywhere there is a penetration and all the way around it.
