Seismic frame problems

I have a 2013 Seismic fifth 3210 and the lower front trim rails are pulling away from the walls on the nose. There is about a half inch drop. I took it to a Jayco service shop but could not get it in right away but the service manager came out and look at it and said it could be a bent frame. The bedroom slide still operates like normal ( no binding or dragging). Has anybody heard of frame problems on the Seismic's. The unit has not been in an accident and has been towed about 12,000 miles. It has suffered a tire blowout.

Thinking about going to an air bag fifth wheel hitch myself just based on the condition of roads in my home state. NC has roads that should be closed down to anything other than local horse and buggy traffic.

I run my dual rear tires lower than I should and still have some suspension travel in the rear once hitched up but it's still a rough ride for the Pinnacle.
