Here is a link to a post I made showing how I added three 2x3 inch 11 gauge crossmember braces to our HT 28.5RSTS with the Morryde Correct Track system. I attached the braces to the Morryde brackets so I could easily remove the crossmembers if I needed to. The braces appear to be working well...at least I haven't had anything break or wear fast after doing this. I did notice the bolts were moving in the hexagon adjuster because of loose spline fit so tack welded the head of the bolt to the hexagon.

Man, do I agree with you on your statement. The more a person reads about all of these potential failure issues, more money and time is spent to nullify their occurrence. Suspension issues, potential loose air conditioner mounting bolts resulting in seal leaks-water damage, on and on, etc. Check this, check that, it never ends. Traveling and using my Seismic toy hauler 355W is a lot of fun but all this other work and worry can get old.

FYI check out this latest post from Turtle Tim.
You may want to reinforce your hangers as I think I will be now!
