Toy Hauler battery not charging, truck is giving 12 volts at the pin

Ok so I am not getting any voltage to the camper battery from the truck and when I test the 12v pin at the plug it gives the the reading as if it is doing its job. Is there something on the camper side that could be keeping the battery from getting the juice?

Battery disconnect switch off? Inline fuse blown?

Some of the older Fords required a fuse to be installed in the charge circuit. By 2017, I believe that was eliminated and the charge circuit was active without having to install anything. I kniw that my 2018 didn't need anything done for it to work.

Where are you testing that charge circuit? Are you testing it at the truck, at the battery, with the ignition on or off, etc?
