on my 2018 4113 the upper lights, at the tope, are tied into the running lights, not parts of the accent. Only the lower lights on the front are used for accent, and I have to use a switch under the front cap to turn them on.
May not be exactly the same config, but a data point.

I have a 2015 Seismic Toy Hauler. My accent lights under the side awning and beneath the two sets of stairs come on from my control panel with the PORCH switch. Just a thought. I bought mine used, 1 year old trade in, and just found this past December that I have accent lights under the unit running along the frame. I have a rats nest of wiring in the generator compartment next to the 2 batteries with a controller there also. Just a big rats nest that I haven't even begun to decipher.
the 2021 has the control for upper accent lights which are on the large slide, similar to kitchen accents. i was told the jaycommand controller is the same, just not installed on the slide. the 2022 has them. You can always ad something to this zone control by wiring it to the panel below.
Are you happy with your unit? we have had a lot of quality control issues and it is again at the dealer getting repair /warranty work. have you experienced any front toilet clogging issues
Yes, I've had several problems.
Power transfer switch failed, fridge died, and yes, my toilet does clog. I had same issue on my 18 North Point as well.
